By Jon Peters
For any Internet Marketers, traffic is most important aspect of the business. But you may have this burning question: how do you generate traffic? In this article, I share with you 6 methods of generating traffic to your website. 1. Yahoo Answers: This is the most excellent way to create instant traffic to your website. If you have a Yahoo account, you're good to go. If you don't, well, it'll take a minute or two to produce one. Go to www.answers.yahoo.com and search for open questions regarding the topic that is the target of your internet site. You can use the built-in search operation. The moment you find an open inquiry, answer the same to the best of your faculties and put down your site's link in the portion where your source is asked for. Perform this with as many appropriate open inquiries that you can see. This tactic will work in two ways. Number one, it will create immediate traffic to your page because in a span of 2 years, Yahoo Answers has become one of the web's chief authority pages. Second, you will be able to generate indirect traffic because Yahoo Answers' threads are picked up by search engines in a matter of hours, and if your URL's there, your website will be catalogued just as effectively well. 2. Try to Digg it! If you have produced new contentsubject], submit the same to www.digg.com. If your piece is engaging and stimulating enough, the readers of the aforementioned website can vote for the same by appropriating Digg points. If your content obtains sufficient Digg points, it will display prominently good in the website's pages for millions of people to perceive. 3. Commenting on blogs: Browse famous blogs related to the subject of your site. Comment on recent blog statements and leave your link. Do this in a way that won't cause your statements seem as spam. This method will work in two ways, as it will create both direct and indirect traffic for your website much like Yahoo Answers. 4. Pinching a spot at Technorati: If you have issued another piece, tender the same to www.technorati.com. Sort out your entry beneath a proper ticket. Now here's the clincher: you can come up with whatever ticket you want. It may be a popular, well-searched label, or it may be a radical and new label that no one has ever used previously. New entries constantly emerge at the pinnacle of the page relating to the stated labels. 5. The intangible my Wikipedia link: Wikipedia has rapidly become one of the web's major source sites. Look for the topic of your own website in the pages of Wikipedia. Find out if you can put in something that hasn't been discussed about the topic. If you do put in anything, leave your URL as link. There is no guarantee that your link will stay there for quite some time, but it's forever deserve the try considering the fantastic results you can have from this tactic. 6. Buy guaranteed traffic: Don't blink your eyes, I'm telling you the truth, you can buy traffic. It is true that 90% of the guaranteed traffic companies are not really traffic, but I know that there are about 5-8 of them that do send REAL traffic. Do a search, try them out and you can find your way to success fast.
