Can ClickBank Replace Your Job?

By Clerice K. Fayle
Are the Adsense ads for "Affiliates: $537 per Day - Quit Your Job With ClickBank" for real? Whoa, hold on there. If you thought that it would be great to go and quit your job to become an affiliate marketer I strongly recommend against it. Heres why: * Affiliate Marketing can be tricky - You never know which way the market will go for the next 30 days, six months, year or especially five years. If you managed to make $5,600 in the past month doesn't mean you will do that next month as well. Traffic to websites fluctuates, popularity wanes as does relevance of topics or products. I've seen sites making $250 a day suddenly drop to less than $20 for no apparent reason. You will put in a lot of work, your patience and persistence will be tried and your ingenuity tested to make sure your income continues to increase. Don't even think about quitting your day job until you have over $10,000 in the bank with all your expenses paid. Don't throw away a steady income for pie in the sky dreams. * Everybody is in Affiliate Marketing. This is a business that you won't even be able to tell your family or friends the names of your websites for fear of competition. Mention of your business could accidentally lead to loss of income, especially if you are spending money to make money, Pay Per Click for example, it could really eat into your profits. Your job can only be done in your area but Affiliate Marketing can be done by anyone anywhere in the world. You may be competing with people on the other side of the world or in the other hemisphere. Anywhere there is internet connectivity. If you can't compete in this arena then don't quit your day job. * Affiliate marketing moves fast. It doesn't take long to either lose money or to make it. As soon as the traffic comes in you have to be on top of things to make any necessary corrections. You can't hang around the water cooler expecting things to change. Affiliate marketing requires you attention 24 hours a day. No weekends off either. All of that being said, I should mention that Im not a complete hypocrite for working full time as an affiliate marketer. There are many reasons why you should take up affiliate marketing full time: 1. It is Lucrative. No other business start-up allows you to make $500 the day you start. I've seen programs bring in over $10,000 in less than four months from a dinky little website with a few pages and images. Should you find a way to get people to buy from you then you could end up making unlimited profits. 2. Affiliate Marketing changes daily. It is a new game from day to day. The challenge of trying out new things and seeing what works or doesn't means Affiliate Marketing can be an exciting business. Once you see how much sales methods and marketing techinques change on a day to day basis you may become hooked. And you could end up running away from the competition. 3. Affiliate Marketing is TONS of Fun. It is hard not to enjoy being able to get up when I want, run errands, get my hair cut, come home and set up new marketing programs, check my stats and grin at my bank account. The knowledge that I'm being paid to loaf really makes life interesting. Did I mention it is fun? The reality is that an offline job is a reliable, steady income. If you are making some money as an affiliate, why not continue to supplement your offline income and grow your online income? Until it comes down to the day where youre making $8,000 or more a month online, stick to your day job.

How to Choose Your Affiliate Marketing Partner?

By Asem Eltaher
The way how to choose your affiliate marketing partner is a key factor that can either skyrocket your online success or leads to a guaranteed failure. Obviously, respected and widely accepted associate partners would offer you an honest and unbiased proven formula to succeed. On the other hand, leaning an ear to half-qualified partners would miss lead you and you are going to loose your time and money when they leave you alone after they succeeded to push you to purchase their products. Get here now 4 powerful tips to help you in selecting your future affiliate marketing partner. 1. Never forget to verify if they have high conversion rate. The first important aspect that can help you to target the best affiliate programs is to check their conversion rate mentioned in their corresponding affiliate network. Conversion rate is the percentage of visitors that your partner succeeded to convert them into sales. For example, if 1000 customers visited your website and only 100 of them purchased a sale, then your conversion rate is 10%. A good conversion rate is typically between 3-5%. 2. Check their website and Ask Yourself: What does this web site look like? Do you have any difficulty navigating through their website? Are they sand alone company and a well established one? If you were a visitor, would you be motivated to buy from them? Would you be happy with the paying procedure or is it too complicated? 3. You must see how easy or hard the competition is. The third significant factor, which you have to consider before you are going to join an affiliate program, is the competition of your target market. To do this check, one idea would be to type your target your keyword in diverse search engines like Google, Yahoo, MSN, etc. Then, see how many websites are optimized for the same keyword that you want to target. In addition, use some word tracking software to check how many times this keyword was searched over the last few months. 4. Choose a moderate field. Avoid working with an affiliate marketing partner who promotes products that suffer from high competition. This would be an obstacle for you to make money online and most of the beginners give up accordingly. On the way to your best affiliate program, it is strongly recommended to attack a niche in which only few thousands websites are available; yet your target keyword gets around 1000 visitor per month.

Your Make Money Miracle with Affiliate Marketing

By Tammy Powell
If you've been looking for a way to make money online, then it's possible that you've encountered the term 'affiliate marketing'. There are actually thousands of affiliate programs on the internet these days, and a lot of the offers a huge amount of commission for every sale you make through your affiliate link. Aside from this, some programs offer residual income just by referring traffic to their site! This is why affiliate marketing is now one of the top ways you can make money online! For those who don't know yet, affiliate marketing is an advertising strategy wherein online merchants pay publishers to promote the products or services they offer. For both advertisers and publishers, affiliate marketing is risk-free as there is no upfront payment required. For people who are dreaming of becoming millionaires through affiliate marketing, you need to understand that this goal is not so easy, even if there are sites which tell you that it is. Just like anything in the world today, you need to give a lot of time and effort as your investment in order to make this venture. Earning a six figure income monthly is possible with affiliate marketing but you can't do it with minimum work and preparation. If you don't know what you're doing, then you'll probably say that affiliate marketing is not worth your time, but when you understand the process and prepare for it well, then you can be a super affiliate in just a short span of time! If you are thinking of becoming an affiliate, there are three things you need to consider: your own website, your own newsletter and what landing page will your readers see. If you don't have the first two, the truth is, it can be very difficult for you to earn income. Sure, you can sell products, but it will only be for breakeven. Top selling affiliates have three things in common - they have their own site, their own newsletter which they send to their readers regularly, and they never send their prospects straight to the affiliate page. Do you want to learn why? Well, you need to have your own website in order to collect a list. And you collect the list by offering your readers something of value to them like a newsletter. So this is how it works. You give your visitors the option to sign up for your ebook, newsletter or even a training course. If they signup, then you have a greater chance of building that list. If they don't, well, you can try again the next time. These offers are used to earn the trust of your prospects and build your credibility. Also, most people are already wary of websites so it is best that you show the benefits of a product or service on your site. This way, your customers will understand that you also use the product or service you are offering. Now that you know the basics of affiliate marketing, how about you try out your new found knowledge using the affiliate program of the Enlightened Wealth Institute? Here you can earn as much as $1,000!

By MLMAbsolute
There are countless of affiliate programs available on the internet now. How do you choose one that pays, and offer your customer quality products? We will share with you how now. We will guide you in a 4 step check list to evaluating the best affiliate program to suit your needs When choosing the right affiliate program, consider their: Check 1: Company and their Products To ensure maximum profitability of your affiliate marketing business, the company and products that you choose must be easily marketable to prospects and you must find out more about the company and products. - Is the company stable? New company? Fly-by-night company? - Is the product good? What product is it? Is it an Electronic Book? Or are they selling a Membership, Or are they selling a Product? Check if the information based Electronic Product is of original content. It is simple to check on the company and its products. Just do a Google search of "the company's URL" and "reviews of the company". Forums are also a good source of information, where you can see reviews made by other affiliate marketers. Choosing the best affiliate program for you also dependent on how much effort you wish to put in to the marketing. Check 2: Compensation / Commission Plan Make sure you know and understand how the compensation plan of the company works. There are typically 2 kind of compensation plan around; - Direct Commission: This plan gives marketers a one time/ recurring commission with every sale completed through the affiliate link - Dual tier Commission: This commission payout structure pays you a certain percentage for every sale you make from your affiliate link. It also pays you another level of commission when your customer refers the product and make a sale. This type of compensation structure is getting rather popular now. Use affiliate directories to find affiliate products. You can search affiliate directories such as ClickBank and Commisssion Junction for products. Check 3: Support & Training Look at the company. Do they give support and training for you to market their products? You should be looking for: - Email scripts - Advertising Banners - Online statistic tracking system - Marketing Resource - Existing customer support and backend system - etc... Personally, we prefer affiliate marketing programs that provides training on internet marketing or whatever knowledge require in that niche to increase our marketing competency of the program. Check 4: Payment Methods & Punctuality The most important factor you need to consider when doing affiliate marketing is the payment. Payment system is the one thing that makes a credible affiliate program. The most important thing you need to find out is the payment! You need to find out how the affiliate program pays. No point marketing a product when your efforts won't be rewarded. Find out how does the company pay affiliates. You can ask existing affiliates about the affiliate program. Some company use ClickBank and PayPal to pay out affiliates commissions. A good affiliate company will give you your commission promptly, provide you with all the necessary training and marketing resources you need. Do a thorough check before you market their product.
