It looks like a cool thing, but in reality it is very uncool! SE can catch it and will punish the site. In general, it is worth to remember that search engines do not like spamdexing (cheating with SEO) and their robots are specifically trained for recognition of such tricks. Repeating h1 tag Text under h1 (heading 1) tag is getting higher priority in some search systems. For this reason some web masters may attempt to use h1 more than once. Bad idea, SE can punish for this too. It is better to use h1 just once, and use h2 and h3 repeatedly for the rest of all necessary headings. Conclusion and last tip Search Engine Optimization is an important part of any traffic generation strategy, however, it cannot be a sole part of it. It is well known that SE change their algorithms periodically, and, as a result, the sites tuned to previous conditions may suffer severe losses of traffic.
